i can feel it in my bones
all i want is light inside a warm and lovely home

but i'm walking alone
chilled to my soul
cuz' every time i thought i had it right
i've got it wrong

I've had a lot of conversations on a lot of lonely nights
because i'm cold inside
sick and tired of wasting my time
because its so damn cold
tell me where do i go

I just point up
staring at the stars
there's a stillness in the air now and a frosted line of cars

and oh the night
it just aint right
when i'm alone outside under starry skies but the cold tells me i'm alive

i don't want a conversation in the lovely moonlights
though i'm terrified on a long and lonely
trying to get it right...
